Do I have to use your hosting?
No — we work with whatever quality hosting you already have. WP Engine, Kinsta, SiteGround, Cloudways, Pressable all work fine. If you're on cheap shared hosting (Bluehost, GoDaddy), we'll recommend a migration during onboarding — but it's optional. We just need admin access and DNS control.
What about sites you didn't build?
Yes — we maintain plenty of "inherited" sites built by other agencies, freelancers, or in-house teams. Onboarding fee starts at $299 to audit, baseline, and clean up before the monthly rhythm begins. Once that's done, ongoing care is the same price as sites we built.
What counts as "edits"?
Small changes that fit within the plan's monthly hours: text updates, image swaps, new pages, blog posts published, contact info changes, hours updates, small style tweaks. Doesn't include: full new sections, new features, plugin development, design overhauls — those are separate quoted work. We tell you upfront if a request exceeds plan capacity.
What if my site gets hacked?
If you're on a care plan and the site gets hacked — we fix it free, no questions. In four years of running care plans this has happened zero times (active monitoring + weekly updates + locked-down configs = boring & safe). If you come to us with an already-hacked site needing recovery, it's $799 fixed before plan starts.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Month-to-month, no annual contracts, no setup fees beyond inherited-site onboarding, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime by email. We hand off all hosting credentials, backup files, and documentation if you leave. Most clients stay 24+ months because the math works — but the door's never locked.
How do I request edits?
