    We read your brief.

    Personally — every brief gets read by the founder within an hour during working time. No bot, no junior, no triage queue.

  2. Hours 4 – 24 02

    You get a quote.

    Fixed price, fixed timeline, honest assessment of fit. If we can't ship it, we tell you and refer you to someone who can.

  3. Day 2 – 7 03

    Kickoff is scheduled.

    If you accept the quote, we book a 60-minute kickoff with you and your dedicated team. Async-friendly — no live meeting required.

Six questions clients ask before sending the first brief. Real answers about how we work.

How fast do you actually reply?
Average across the last 30 days: 4 hours 23 minutes during working time. Worst case for legitimate briefs: 24 hours. If you haven't heard back inside that window, your message got caught in a spam filter — DM the founder on LinkedIn.
Do you charge for quotes or discovery?
No. Quoting and scoping is free. We only charge once the project is signed and kicked off. There's no "strategy package" or "discovery fee" — we either accept the project at the quoted price, or we decline and tell you why.
What if you decline my project?
We turn down about 40% of inquiries — usually because of mismatched scope, timeline, or budget. When we decline, we explain why and (where possible) refer you to another agency or freelancer who'd be a better fit. The decline is a final answer, not a negotiation.
What's a reasonable budget to start a conversation?
Starter projects begin at $499 (single landing page, simple business site). Custom builds typically run $1,500 – $7,500. E-commerce, membership, and enterprise work goes higher. If you're under $500, we may refer you elsewhere — not a bad fit, just not our work.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, by default. Every project includes a mutual NDA as standard — you don't need to ask. If you have your own NDA template you'd prefer, send it with your brief and we'll usually sign without redlines.
What time zone do you work in?
All three: AEST (Sydney), CST (Austin), BST (Dhaka). Whichever is closest to you is the one that handles your account. Async-friendly process means you don't need to be on a live call to make progress.
